Help for your mental health is just a click away

We’re excited to announce that our Mental Health Help website has recently been upgraded. After considering feedback from our community members and stakeholders, we’ve focussed on enhancing usability, making it easier than ever to find local mental health and wellbeing services.

With our newly updated, user-friendly directory, you can search for services by specific concerns or location and explore over 250 local mental health services in the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Lithgow and Penrith areas.

Our website now includes dedicated sections for youth support and suicide prevention, in addition to existing service listings such as counselling and psychology, crisis and emergency support, wellbeing services, and resources for domestic, family, and sexual violence, as well as alcohol and other drugs.

The Mental Health Help website also features relevant services, programs and groups from our My Health Connector website, which is a community-based lifestyle and wellbeing support directory, designed to reduce loneliness and enhance social connections. With service information from both websites, you can easily access mental health, wellbeing, lifestyle and community support all in one place.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone involved in the consultation and redesign process - your contributions have been invaluable in shaping this upgrade.

If you or someone you know needs support, visit the Mental Health Help website now — help is just a click away.
