We are seeking GPs, practice nurses, practice managers, allied health professionals and community members from across our region to join the Primary Care Advisory Group Committee.

We are looking for people who:

  • are passionate about improving patient care and health service delivery
  • are interested in driving innovation and change in practice
  • embrace the principles of safe, coordinated, accessible and patient-centred care
  • are willing to share and collaborate ideas and inspire others
  • understand the population health needs of our region
  • currently work in general practice, allied health and or primary care in our region

Expressions of interest are being sought to participate in our Primary Care Advisory Committee (PCAC).

This committee is a multidisciplinary representative group from across the region to inform the initiatives delivered in primary care, including quality improvement, health data and population health management, including the use of digital health and technology to support quality improvement activities and continuing professional development activities.

What will participation involve?

The term of this group is two years, with the option to review and extend.

Members of PCAC will be required to attend four meetings per year held in the evening, either face-to-face or online, as agreed by the group.

All members will be remunerated for their attendance in accordance with the Wentworth Healthcare Provider Representative Remuneration Policy. PCAC members who do not represent an organisation are entitled to be paid a sitting fee per meeting in accordance with this same policy.

How can you be involved?
