A service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples aged 12 to 25 years of age identified as at risk for alcohol and other drug or mental health issues. Services include:
- Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
- Clinical assessment
- Treatment planning
- Counselling and psychological therapy
- Assistance with access to other services including social welfare
- Mentoring
The program offers support for all levels of care, from low to high needs.
Service-specific criteria
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples aged 12 to 25 years at risk of alcohol and other drug and/or mental health issues
- Living in the Nepean Blue Mountains regions and surrounding suburbs
Referral
- Self-referral
- Referrals from other agencies and GPs
An assessment process offered by The Ted Noffs Foundation is required before a client can enter the program.
