The Ted Noffs Foundation – Penrith Street University

Designed for people aged 12 to 25 years of age, this program run by the Ted Noffs Foundation offers: 

  • Youth engagement activities including street art, music, vocational and educational workshops;
  • AOD educational programs, life skills development, mentoring and bridging programs to further education;
  • Assessment and treatment for young people at risk of alcohol or drug related and/or mental health issues including clinical assessment, treatment planning, psychosocial interventions including CBT and DBT.

The program offers support for all levels of care, from low to high needs. Mobile outreach is also offered to the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury and Lithgow areas under the Brief Intervention Youth Outreach Program.

Service-specific criteria 

Young people: 

  • Aged 12-25 years at risk of alcohol and other drug and/or mental health issues.  
  • Living, studying or working in the Nepean Blue Mountains regions and surrounding suburbs.
