Practice Nurse - Penrith

Sydney GP Group is seeking a Practice Nurse to join their team.

As part of this role you will:

• Assist the GP with minor skin procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for patients.
• Create personalized care plans for patients, ensuring they meet individual healthcare needs.
• Conduct thorough health assessments and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Manage patient recalls, ensuring no patient is overlooked and follow-ups are timely and effective.
• Provide high-quality care with a patient-centered approach.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• The ability to develop strong relationships with patients through your strong rapport building skills.
• To exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach to work, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Be willing to stay up-to-date with best practices in nursing care and adhere to clinic protocols and policies.
• Cosmetic experience is a bonus but not essential.
