Case Management and Support

Run by the Ted Noffs Foundation, this service is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples aged 12 to 25 years of age identified as at risk for alcohol and other drug or mental health issues. Services include:  

  • Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
  • Clinical assessment
  • Treatment planning
  • Counselling and psychological therapy
  • Assistance with access to other services including social welfare 
  • Mentoring

The program offers support for all levels of care, from low to high needs.

Service-specific criteria 

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples aged 12 to 25 years at risk of alcohol and other drug and/or mental health issues
  • Living in the Nepean Blue Mountains regions and surrounding suburbs

Referral

  • Self-referral
  • Referrals from other agencies and GPs

An assessment process offered by The Ted Noffs Foundation is required before a client can enter the program.
