Aboriginal Wellness and Suicide Prevention Program

The Aboriginal Wellness and Suicide Prevention program is run by Lives Lived Well and is designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who are experiencing, or have experienced suicidal thoughts.

The program follows the Red Dust model, usings guided activities, reflection and role play to help participants explore rejection, grief and loss as the foundations of hurt. It provides a culturally grounded, supportive space led by trained Aboriginal facilitators.

Who can apply?

The program is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples aged 18 years and over living in the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Lithgow or Penrith areas.
