Christmas Closure 2024

We are closed for the holiday period from midday Friday 20 December 2024 until 9:00 am on Thursday 2 January 2025. 

Over the Christmas period, our Psychological Therapy Services (including the SOS Suicide Prevention Service) will be closed for referrals from midday on Thursday 19 December 2024 and will re-open at 9:00 am on Thursday 2 January 2025. 

Any patient with or without a referral can contact the Suicide Call Back Service on 1300 659 467 for phone or video support. The patient’s GP will need to call the SOS Intake Line when our office re-opens to make a referral for face-to-face support.

The Head to Health mental health support line, 1800 595 212, is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (closed on public holidays).  

For those in the Penrith area, our Head to Health Centre is open for walk in mental health support every day, including public holidays. 

For those in the Hawkesbury area, our Head to Health Centre located in Richmond is open for walk in mental health support Monday to Saturday, including public holidays.
