Christmas Closure 2025

We will be closed for the holiday period from 9:00am Wednesday 24 December 2025 until 9:00am on Monday 5 January 2026.  

The Medicare Mental Health phone service, 1800 595 212, is open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (closed on public holidays).   

For those in the Penrith area, our Penrith Medicare Mental Health Centre is open for walk in mental health support every day, including public holidays.  

For those in the Hawkesbury area, our Hawkesbury Medicare Mental Health Centre located in Richmond is open for walk in mental health support Monday to Saturday, including public holidays.

Over the Christmas period, our Psychological Therapy Services, for eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and children (11 years and under), will be closed for referrals from 4:00pm on Wednesday 17 December 2024 and will re-open at 9:00am on Monday 5 January 2026. 

Any patient with or without a referral can contact the Suicide Call Back Service on 1300 659 467 for phone or video support.
