About the Role

Position Title: Manager – Aged, Chronic Care and Allied Health Services (ACA)
Reporting Line: Reports to Management Committee / Board
Employment Status and Hours: Permanent Part Time position, 32 hours per week
Award Name and Level: Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award (SCHADS), Level 6.
Location: Based across all Belong Blue Mountains (Belong BM) offices.
Travel Requirement: Some travel between Belong BM centres is required. Organisation’s vehicle can be used if available, if not, reimbursement for use of own vehicle is provided.

Position Summary

The Manager – Aged, Chronic Care & Allied Health Services is responsible for ensuring that Belong Blue Mountains aged care, chronic care and allied health services operate effectively, meet service objectives and comply with contractual, regulatory and organisational requirements. 

The role provides both operational and clinical leadership across these service areas, ensuring strong clinical governance, professional practice standards and safe, high quality service delivery.
