- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and respect
- Manage appointments and patient enquiries efficiently
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Contribute to a positive experience for every patient
About You:
- Previous experience in a medical or customer service reception role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Kind, respectful, and professional manner
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking software
