Registered Nurse - Glenbrook

Glenbrook Surgery is looking for a Registered Nurse who is keen to work as part of a team to deliver comprehensive and good quality care to all patients in their busy surgery.

The position is 5-6 days (negotiable) - Monday to Friday, and can include Saturdays.

The right candidate should have the following:

Essential Requirements

• Pathology (Training provided)
• Triage
• Wound management
• Vaccinations
• Infection control
• Removal of sutures
• Assist with clinical procedures - including excisions and biopsies
• Result recalls
• Patient reminders and recalls
• Other duties as required

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable Criteria

• General Practice experience
• Pap Smear provider
• MedicalDirector software experience
• Conduct Management of Care Plans / Health Assessments
• Assisting with minor procedures
• Wound management, immunisation, etc.
