Medicare Urgent Care Clinic Penrith

The Penrith Medicare Urgent Care Clinic (Medicare UCC) request for tender (RFT) has now closed. We are currently reviewing submissions and progressing the procurement process.

The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing has confirmed continued funding for the Penrith Medicare Urgent Care Clinic from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028. Further updates will be provided as the process progresses.

Medicare Urgent Care Clinics enhance access to urgent, non-life-threatening care when general practice is unavailable and support referral back to a patient’s regular GP for ongoing care.
