Lower Mountains Family Practice is seeking a PRactice Manager to join their team.

The Practice Manager provides quality services to Doctors and patients by ensuring daily operations are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role oversees a range of day to day tasks, including:

  • Leading and supporting the reception and nursing teams.
  • Managing the financials of the Medical Centre including end of month reports, patient billings and cash collections.
  • Maintaining staff rosters.
  • Providing a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Managing patient records.
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly work environment.
Skills & experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications
  • Leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop quality working relationships
  • Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
