Lower Mountains Family Practice is seeking a PRactice Manager to join their team.
The Practice Manager provides quality services to Doctors and patients by ensuring daily operations are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role oversees a range of day to day tasks, including:
- Leading and supporting the reception and nursing teams.
- Managing the financials of the Medical Centre including end of month reports, patient billings and cash collections.
- Maintaining staff rosters.
- Providing a safe and healthy working environment.
- Managing patient records.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly work environment.
Skills & experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications
- Leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop quality working relationships
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
