Women's Health General Practitioner

Blue Mountains Women's Health & Resource Centre Inc. is seeking a Women's Health General Practitioner for up to 22.5 hours per week at their holistic and trauma informed women's health service in Katoomba, Blue Mountains.

The Centre provides integrated health care services to women 'who experience health disadvantage' and aim to meet the priority populations as defined in the NSW Health Framework for women's health 2019 including women who are: First Nations, CALD, LGBTIQ+, living with a disability, carers and experiencing socio economic disadvantage.

You will be required to provide clinical services including assessment, interventions, follow-up and referrals of a multidisciplinary team. You would have experience as a GP with current National Registration and a minimum 1-2 years experience in sexual and reproductive health/women's health.

The position conditions include:

• above award hourly rate of $120.69 per hour
• option to salary sacrifice
• additional 2 week's paid leave during the Christmas/New Year period
• annual and sick pay
• additional paid provision for:
  • attendance at clinical and team meetings
  • clinical team supervision
  • some training and development
