Christmas Closure 2022

We will be closed for the holiday period from midday Thursday, 22 December 2022. We will re-open at 9am on Tuesday, 3 January 2023.

Over the Christmas period, our Psychological Therapy Services (including SOS Suicide Prevention Service) will be closed for referrals from midday on Thursday, 22 December 2022, and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday, 3 January 2023.

Any patient with or without a referral can contact the Suicide Call Back Service on 1300 659 467 for phone or video support. The patient’s GP will need to call the SOS Intake Line when our offices re-open to make a referral for face-to-face support.

Our Head to Health support line, 1800 595 212, will be open on 22, 23, 28, 29 and 30 December. It will be closed on public holidays. The Penrith Head to Health Centre is open 365 days a year for walk-in mental health support from 1pm to 9pm every day except Tuesdays when it is open from 1pm-5pm. The Head to Health Centre is located at 111 Henry Street, Penrith.
