The Youth Enhanced Support Service (YESS) is an outreach service for young people at risk of, or living with severe mental illness. The program offers wrap around clinical care to people aged 12-25 years living in the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury and Penrith LGAs. The YESS team can support a young person and their family through holistic support that’s tailored to the young person’s individual needs. This might include psychological and social interventions, peer work, employment services, psychiatry, or family work.

Appointments can be flexible with a choice of face-to-face, online and outreach sessions.
