An established practice in St Clair, NSW (located in a shopping centre) is looking for a locum practice nurse to join their team.
Duration: 7th October 2024 to 17th October 2024 (2 weeks)
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Flexible
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer injections and vaccinations
- Conduct Chronic Disease Management (CDM) care plans
- Perform over 75 Health Assessments
- General nursing duties
Requirements:
- Practice Nurse experience is highly desirable
- Ability to start immediately
Immediate start required. The position will commence as casual, with the potential to become permanent/part-time if working more than 20 hours per week.
