Lower Mountains Family Practice is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join their team.

Deliver quality clinical nursing services to Doctors and patients including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience working in general practice (preferred)
• Minimum 1 years post registration experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
• AHPRA registration
• Ability to use Best Practice Medical Software advantageous
