Dementia and Younger Onset Dementia Community Event
Do you have dementia, younger onset dementia or know or care for someone who does?
We are holding a free community event for people with dementia, younger onset dementia and anyone who is caring for someone with these conditions.
In this event, participants will hear about the changes that will occur in every aspect of everyday life, how to plan ahead and what you can do to stay healthy and active. Find out about information, advice, services and supports available for people with Dementia and Younger Onset Dementia.
