Dementia and Young Onset Dementia Community Event

Do you have dementia, young onset dementia or know or care for someone who does?

We are holding a free community event for people with dementia, young onset dementia and anyone who is caring for someone with these conditions.

In this event, participants will hear about the changes that will occur in every aspect of everyday life, how to plan ahead and what you can do to stay safe, healthy and active. Find out information, advise, services and supports available for people with Dementia and Young Onset Dementia.  Hear real-life experiences from a carer and have the opportunity to connect with local support services.
