The Executive Manager for Corporate and Strategic Performance will oversee vital corporate functions of our organisation including People and Culture, marketing and communications, IT systems and security, strategic performance and planning, facilities management, WHS, and office administration.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for contributing to our positive organisational culture through strategic and operational change projects, governance, and internal collaborative initiatives. 

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and have experience managing system level change projects and implementing continuous improvement measures. To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrated leadership experience (including managing, coaching and guiding employees); sophisticated communication, engagement and interpersonal skills; and exceptional change management and problem-solving skills. 

Selection Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business management or related field and experience in a corporate leadership role (or similar) with responsibility for management of a diverse workforce delivering operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within an executive team and/or with executives, with a proven capacity to provide high level strategic advice, with the ability to distil, analyse and communicate complex information to a diverse stakeholder base.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in strategic programs to achieve business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in managing, coaching and guiding employees to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Sophisticated interpersonal, communication and engagement skills, with a strong internal and external customer service focus. 
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement and in policy and procedure development.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing system level change projects.
  • Proven experience in managing the risks and outcomes of multiple initiatives on multiple levels across an organisation.
  • High-level organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive plans to ensure the prioritisation of work, manage multiple projects and achieve outcomes within tight time frames.
  • A commitment to the values of the organisation with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, desire to learn and enthusiastic approach to new situations.
