The Role

Position Title:

IT Project Coordinator – Business Integration and Transformation

Contract Type:

This position is being offered in a full-time capacity. Part-time will be considered for the right applicant (minimum 4 days per week).

Location:

Kingswood, NSW (hybrid work opportunities may be considered upon application in line with our Work from Home Policy).

Remuneration: 

From $97,013.89 – $100,407.87* (potential maximum grossed up salary equivalent ($105,389 - $108,783**)
*Dependant on skills and experience
**Based on NFP salary packaging tax benefits (which may be subject to criteria)

About:

  • Analyse business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist to develop, manage, and provide integrated solutions for the business.
  • Lead IT Projects where applicable.
With the completion of a new five-year strategic plan (2024-2029), the Information Technology (IT) team will focus on business integration, engagement, guidance, and transformation to support the organisation’s strategic objectives.

The IT team’s philosophy is to work with the business to explore and implement innovative technology solutions that add business value. We have a proactive and agile approach, and we are an internal strategic business partner for the business.

The IT Project Coordinator will play a key role in business transformation by working with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and create technical solutions. Key components of this role include gathering and analysing data, identifying gaps and risks, and providing integrated solutions for the business.

This role forms part of the key team that ensure quality, compliance and security across our systems and network. As part of this role, you will lead key IT projects whilst supporting the Manager IT Systems and Security to establish governance frameworks and ensure staff are trained appropriately. 

To be successful in this role we are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, has an eye for detail, project management experience and a proven background in IT.

Selection Requirements:

Essential
  • Project management experience and/or exposure including end-to-end system implementations, providing support services, and using project management tools.
  • Experience providing specialist and technical advice to maintain business systems integrations and troubleshoot possible technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and analyse critical issues, problem solve and provide solutions in a business environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility for assigned tasks and make well-developed judgements.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience in IT, project management, business integration and/or transformation projects/initiatives. 
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders and supporting engagement activities in a project environment.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Project or / Agile experience relating to IT and/or business projects. 
  • Broad experience in integrating user and technical input and knowledge to achieve business outcomes.
Desirable
  • Experience in delivering and executing Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
