NBMPHN Digital Health Readiness Check
We have launched our Nepean Blue Mountains Primary Health Network (NBMPHN) Digital Health Readiness Check, to better understand digital capability in general practices, allied health practices, pharmacies and residential aged care services across our region.
As we continue supporting healthcare services through a range of digital health initiatives, this assessment is an opportunity to share how your healthcare service uses digital tools in everyday operations to help shape the support we provide, tailored to your specific needs.
What’s involved?
The questionnaire takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and is completely confidential. It covers how digital systems, tools and services are used in your healthcare service, including infrastructure, workflows, readiness for change and digital literacy.
Responses will only be visible to your healthcare service and our organisation and will be used to create a tailored digital health action plan for your service. We are delivering this assessment in collaboration with Semantic Consulting, using an online platform called Kaleidoscope. Each healthcare service will be placed into a digital maturity level - foundational, intermediate or advanced, to help guide appropriate support.
Why participate?
This is a chance to reflect on your healthcare service’s digital capabilities and how digital tools are used in everyday care. Participating services will receive a tailored Digital Health Action Plan to support ongoing improvement. Your results will also help us shape our support based on your service’s digital readiness. Health professionals who complete the assessment can self-report 0.5 CPD hours (30 minutes Reviewing Performance).
How to participate?
General practices, allied health services, pharmacies and residential aged care homes will receive a direct link via email to complete the assessment. Only one nominated person per healthcare service (general practice, allied health practice, pharmacy or residential aged care home) can complete the assessment.
Make sure your healthcare service’s contact details are up to date so you can receive the assessment link and your tailored Digital Health Action Plan. If needed, contact us on 4708 8100 or via our online form to update your details.
