Moving to HealthPathways Individual Accounts
The way healthcare professionals can access HealthPathways is changing. From 13 May 2025, users can register for their own individual account and from 1 July 2025, shared logins will no longer be used.
How to Create a HealthPathways Individual Account
- Log in to HealthPathways with your shared account.
- Click the banner within HealthPathways.
- Enter your personal email address (this cannot be the generic practice email).
- Check your inbox for an activation link and follow the prompts.
- Complete your registration, including:
- name of your primary practice
- postcode of your primary practice
- professional registration number and registering body
- a password minimum of 8 characters.
- Log in to HealthPathways using your new individual account.

CPD Tracking
HealthPathways now makes it easier to log CPD hours. Time spent in the system is automatically recorded, and you can add reflections to track your professional development. Reports can be personalised with self-directed learning notes, making it simple to generate activity reports.
Smart Search - Faster More Precise Searches (AI powered)
Find the detail you are looking for not just the page that contains the detail. Accepts medical and common abbreviations, mistypings and incomplete terms.
Access Multiple HealthPathways Sites with a Single Login
Learn how to request access to other HealthPathways sites using your individual account.
Improved Privacy and Security
